The Modicon 140XBP01600 is a backplane unit that is a part of the Modicon Quantum system manufactured by Schneider Electric. The 140XBP01600 backplane module is a sixteen-position rack with optional 8 mm locations for Modbus Plus communication cable grounding. It has threaded mounting holes across the middle and bottom of the unit for modules of both half and full height. The 140XBP01600 backplane rack has 16 mounting holes that are 8 mm in diameter. The Modicon rack is 11.42 vertical inches, and it is 26.42 horizontally.
