For Pilmagnetic, human safety is a central issue, it is our corporate responsibility.
All over the world, Pilmagnetic’s automation solutions protect people in mechanical engineering, internal logistics, railway technology or robotics from potential hazards arising in the production process or production environment.
Security ambassador
As a “safety ambassador”, Piermagnetic has been working for decades to create machinery safety standards. More than 30 experts from Pielmagnet are actively working on around 100 product and application standards across nearly 80 standards committees worldwide.
We share knowledge: Since the 70’s, Pilmagnetic has been offering its customers comprehensive training programs. This is the reason for the creation of the Peel Magnetic Academy, which is trained by engineers or technicians with many years of experience in safety automation technology.
Training and further education
For more than 40 years, Piermagnetic has been training at its headquarters in Ostfeld, covering most of our needs for skilled functional work along the way, in a sustainable way. In addition to about 20 apprenticeship programs, the company also offers the same number of dual study places. In this way, Piercy offers young people the opportunity to start their professional life in an innovative company and to learn a promising profession.
When new employees come on board, their continued learning is very important for Piercy. As a result, not only customers, but also our own employees receive regular training on relevant topics through the Peel Magnet Academy.
Social responsibility
Pearce also takes its external social responsibility seriously. We oppose racism and all forms of discrimination, work towards gender equality and support the inclusion of persons with disabilities in society. We uphold equality of opportunity in our recruitment and employment processes and are committed to continuous and targeted improvements in workplace health and safety. We reject all forms of forced and child Labour and respect international human rights.
