1734-AENTR Allen Bradley POINT I/O adapter that communicates over the EtherNet/IP network

The 1734-AENTR Series B adapter is a POINT I/O adapter that communicates over the EtherNet/IP network. This 1734 adapter is designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. The adapter has dual ports and it provides excellent network connectivity with 2 RJ-45 connectors. The connectors are intended for 2 port pass-through for ring or daisy-chain and applied network topologies. The 1734-AENTR Series B adapter is part of Series B/Revision B since it includes the firmware updates that are necessary for older models. The adapter has status indicators for network activity, network status, POINTBus status, module status, and link activity updates. The expansion I/O capacity of the 1734-AENTR Series B adapter is up to 63 modules and 32 direct connections. The location of the starter module is on the left side of the 1734 machine system. The adapter has an operating voltage range of 10 to 28.8 Volts DC and an input voltage rating of 24 Volts DC at 10 Amps of current. In addition to that, the maximum field-side power is 24 Volts DC at 400 milliAmps and the inrush current is a maximum of 6 Amps for 10 milliseconds.
