Hit the market pain points, three years hundreds of customers
After the launch of Yuanlian industrial intelligent machine in 2020, it was soon widely recognized by manufacturing enterprises.
At present, the company’s technical service customers have more than hundreds, covering electronic appliances, equipment manufacturing, battery assembly, food and medicine and other ten industries, the customer portrait is mainly the annual output value of 50 million to 1 billion yuan between the factory. Among them, large customers include Jiangxi Tungsten Industry, Jiangxi Copper Industry, Honghua Electric and so on. In terms of revenue, Yuanlian has achieved 100% growth for three consecutive years.
Although there are differences in production mode, business mode, and even production personnel between industries, Ye Sihai believes that small and medium-sized enterprises have the same demand for “low capital investment and low operating threshold”. Therefore, as long as the product is low cost and easy to control, it can serve all enterprises with a single product.
Of course, he also specifically mentioned: “The so-called low cost and good control is based on the actual needs of the industry, and the actual needs of the industry are found by the team in the factory every day.”
For example, in the electronic and electrical industry, after the product assembly is completed, there will be a special quality inspection post to test the product yield. In the past, after product testing personnel found product problems, they needed to record them first, and then at the end of the day’s production, the production team leader organized a meeting to report the test results.
According to the analysis of the team, there are two major pain points in the traditional quality inspection. The first is that the feedback is very untimely, which is easy to delay production. The reason is very well understood, after the end of the day’s production, the quality inspector can report the test results, at this time the production process has been completed, so even if you need to contact the supplier for replenishment, it can only be on the second day.
The second major pain point is the lack of analysis of the cause of the problem. For example, if there is a quality problem with a product, whether it is a supplier’s incoming material or a production worker’s assembly error, it is difficult to clarify during manual testing. Production loopholes can not be found in time, and unqualified products are easy to appear in batches, causing serious waste.
In order to solve these two pain points, the industrial intelligent machine of the deep link acts as a data control center.
First of all, the quality inspector can connect to the industrial intelligent machine through the Pad, and every time a product is tested, the test data will be uploaded to the industrial intelligent machine in real time and synchronized to the production management office.
When there are material anomalies, quality anomalies, equipment anomalies, process anomalies, etc., the Pad will issue an alarm in real time, and the industrial intelligence will analyze the abnormal data.
When there are more problems with product yield, the intelligent opportunity will synchronize the data to the production management engineer, who will contact the supplier, ask for replenishment or replacement, and adjust the production plan in time.
Finally, after the end of the day’s production, the industrial intelligent machine will automatically generate statistical reports of events to help supervisors review the production process and analyze the causes of product quality problems.
Ye Sihai told the small table that these production details are a little bit of the team in the front line of production “dig” out.
As far as Ye Sihai himself is concerned, although he has more than 80 patents and more than 30 PCT patents, he still runs the factory every day. He believes that there is a big difference between industrial production and laboratory environment, so “in order to do a good job of industrial digital products, we must be together with first-line producers every day to achieve production and research.”
Horizontal comparison, in March this year, Shenzhen launched the city’s digital transformation mobilization conference, the goal is to make the city’s 13,000 home rules on the manufacturing enterprises to complete the digital transformation in 2025, which for the country to collect 48 service providers, including the three major operators, Huawei, Ali, Tencent, Kingdie, Fuyouyou and other well-known enterprises, Yuanlianis also among them.
As of the first half of the year, Shenzhen listed 2,000 enterprises for service providers, and the number of services of Yuanlian ranked first among 48 service providers.
Ye Sihai believes that Yuanlian industrial Rubik’s cube can stand out in the industry competition, the key is to have standardization, multi-industry rapid replication ability.
Specifically, the Industrial Rubik’s Cube provides enterprises with standardized platform products, so that enterprises do not need to build their own computer rooms and lay special lines, thereby reducing the cost of digital transformation to less than 100,000 yuan.
On the other hand, the operation threshold of the industrial Rubik’s cube is lower, and many links are automatically completed by the algorithm, which avoids repeated labor to a great extent.
Ye Sihai told the small dinner table that Yuanlian is working with AI companies to apply large models to the industrial field and make the technology more intelligent. “So this harvest of Huaying’s financing, in the long run, is actually the beginning of a new iteration of the product.”
