The MPL-B4530K-HJ24AA servo motor is a premium permanent magnet low-inertia rotary servo motor with a speed rating of 4000 revolutions per minute. The MPL-B4530K-HJ24AA rotary servo motor has non-rotatable circular bayonet connectors for making quick and secure connections to the brake, feedback, and communication cables. Its magnetic stack length is 3 inches and its feedback option is a 2000-line encoder. Like all premium permanent magnet rotary servo motors, the MPL-B4530K-HJ24AA rotary servo motor includes a mounting pilot for aligning the motor on the machine when mounting it. This motor features an IEC metric mounting flange and the preferred material for fastening it to machines is stainless steel. The servo motor’s shaft key is made of steel and it provides a secure mechanical connection to the couplings or pulleys connected the motor’s shaft. The improved winding insulation of the MPL-B4530K-HJ24AA servo motor facilitates heat transfer and thermal management to keep the servo motor within the temperature range specified by the manufacturer, and to maintain high performance throughout the servo motor’s runtime. Note that this motor does not feature a shaft seal and it has no brakes.
