Win-win cooperation, create new value
Yokogawa Electric puts forward the slogan of “Co-innovating tomorrow” to establish the enterprise philosophy – joint innovation to achieve the future.
This is the firm belief of the operator, but also the competitive advantage of the company. Only by building lasting partnerships with stakeholders across industries can we move forward on a sustainable path towards achieving growth and meeting social needs.
“The biggest difference between Yokogawa Electric and its competitors is the integrated delivery capability. Our products and system solutions cannot meet all needs. An ecosystem must be built with partners to seamlessly integrate products and system solutions. These are very important. For our customers, integration capabilities are our added value. Yokogawa delivered many large projects in China, which required a lot of integration work, as well as a lot of in-depth discussions with the customer to find out how to execute the project in practice.
Another advantage of Yokogawa motors is quality. Not only the product itself, but also the quality of deliverables, design and execution. When combined with a long-term relationship of trust with the client, the three combine to form a powerful force that overcomes everything and achieves the client’s goals.”
The relationship of mutual trust is not established overnight, Yokogawa Electric proposed the concept of “symbiosis”, which focuses on the collaboration between ecosystems such as cross-industry, company, and department to create a win-win situation. “The so-called collaboration, even if Yokogawa Electric does not have the idea, our partners do, but they do not have the corresponding solution, we can do it together, which is why we have to build a collaborative ecosystem.” We must work together and learn from each other. If two companies work together in a collaborative way, there must be synergies. For example, our partners in the ecosystem are experienced enough to handle new business areas that Yokogawa cannot enter, and if we collaborate with them, we can also enter new markets. Or, our partners who have the technology but are unable to put into the industrial automation business, introduce other partners through Yokogawa’s network. Not only do they support each other, but they also create more business opportunities, which is good for both parties.”
