On August 21, the final of “2023 Jiaxing City Vocational Skills Competition and skills competition of millions of workers – Industrial robot Skills Competition” was successfully held in Zhejiang Jixi Bela Technology Service Co., LTD.

This skill competition is sponsored by Jiaxing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, the Municipal Bureau of Finance, Jiaxi Belaco service company, Youao Robot China company and Jiaxing Technician College co-organized, aiming to train high-quality “Jiaxing craftsmen” through the skill competition, and promote the construction of smart innovation and strong city.

32 contestants compete in a battle of wits

This competition attracted 78 players from five counties and two districts to participate in the registration, after the preliminary competition, there are 24 workers and 8 students successfully qualified for the final.

The final is divided into theoretical examination and practical operation competition, the players show their professional style in the actual production line with skilled and accurate operation and professional knowledge.

The final is the UR e series of collaborative robots, which are flexible in deployment, simple in operation and high in safety, and have been widely used in various industries and education fields. The practical competition requires all players to complete seven parts of robot startup, pre-operation software setting, robot trajectory programming, material assembly, tracking conveyor belt, external control and professional literacy and safety awareness within 80 minutes.
