“Youzhi Future” special competition
In the competition, the players can simulate the future AI smart home life scene, let the robot as an intelligent butler, to achieve human-machine collaboration, complex environment of goods delivery and other life application scenarios. The competition combines cutting-edge artificial intelligence and robotics technology, and examines the professional abilities of participants such as comprehensive application of service robots, AI programming, engineering design, and comprehensive professional abilities such as team cooperation. As a humanoid robot head enterprise, Youbixi Technology fully demonstrates the high adaptability advantages of humanoid robots compared with wheeled or tracked robots in complex environments, as well as the human-machine collaboration ability of humanoid robots in home service scenarios.
Promoting teaching and learning through competition
The future is an era dominated by artificial intelligence and robotics. The AI competition brings together robot enthusiasts from universities across the country. The competition is not only a platform for teachers and students to learn and practice artificial intelligence robots, but also an arena to examine the contestants’ mastery of the application of robot-related disciplines. After the game, the contestants have said that in the game a lot of harvest, from Changchun University player Zheng Baosen said that although in the process of testing the code and adjusting the robot action encountered a lot of obstacles, but through their own way to complete the task debugging again and again, and finally achieved satisfactory results. He believes that participating in the artificial intelligence robot competition can better demonstrate the professional technical knowledge and algorithm ability that he has learned, and in the process, he also has a deep understanding of the application scenario of his knowledge, laying the foundation for the future employment direction.
Chen Mingjie, a teacher leading the team from Chongqing Technology and Business University, said that the students have been working night and night in the laboratory during the past few months to prepare for the competition, despite the scorching summer heat in Chongqing. He pointed out that after the competition, students had a more comprehensive understanding of the mechanical structure, electrical structure, various steering engines, sensors and control algorithms of humanoid robots, which stimulated a strong interest in robotics technology and made them more active in learning related courses. In the view of Zhang Renchao, the leading teacher of Guangzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College, through this period of preparation, the students’ ability to learn independently, quickly find solutions to specific problems, teamwork and communication has been significantly improved.
