In order to explore the application potential and development prospects of AI technology in the supply chain field, this year’s green intelligent Manufacturing Innovation plan added a “green smart supply chain” track. At this co-creation meeting, Zhang Yi, innovation leader of Schneider Electric Software Research and Development Center, combined with practical application cases, shared the use of AI algorithms in food and beverage, automotive, data center and other industries to achieve energy consumption reduction and efficiency improvement methods. The EcoStruxureâ„¢ AI engine, Schneider Electric’s recently launched AI model production and operation platform, has been deployed in more than 20 industrial models for process optimization, visual recognition, predictive maintenance, etc., to achieve out-of-the-box productivity and efficiency.
In addition, the Co-creation meeting also launched a theme discussion around AI technology, and the on-site guests had a group discussion on the current AI integration problems, application pain points and technology development trends, launched a full and in-depth exchange, and provided a lot of thoughts and suggestions for the development of AI technology and scene application expansion.
During the event, Schneider Electric also visited the Beijing Yizhuang Factory and innovation exhibition Hall together with the participating enterprises to further understand Schneider Electric’s green intelligent manufacturing concept and landing practice.
From 2020 to now, Schneider Electric has held the green intelligent Manufacturing Win plan for four consecutive years, attracting a total of more than 570 small and medium-sized enterprises focused on high-tech fields to sign up, and nearly 50 enterprises have entered the joint venture program stage, covering up to 25 industrial scenarios, becoming the benchmark for open innovation in the industry. In the future, Schneider Electric will always be driven by industry demand and guided by technology trends, continue to explore new scenarios for industrial applications, join hands with invested enterprises to create more high-quality joint venture solutions, continue to expand the green intelligent manufacturing innovation ecosystem, and share practical results with more industries.
