At the beginning of the project construction, the overall business and manufacturing process sorting is the most critical. In order to build a fully automatic fermentation pharmaceutical workshop to achieve one-click operation and independent operation of the whole process of batching, disinfection, culture, inactivation, extraction, production, etc., Central control technology provides Haifeibio with a package of automation and intelligent solutions, including distributed control system, formula batch control management system, storage management system, equipment management system, energy management system, safety management system, laboratory management system, manufacturing execution system, to realize the automatic management of factory production execution process, reducing manual intervention and operation intensity. Standardize production to improve product quality.
With the manufacturing execution system as the hub, the whole process control of the factory production process is realized, and the internal and external supply chains are connected. Through the deep integration of manufacturing execution system and formulation batch control system, it helps Haifei Bio-construction process automation of six workshops, including batting, fermentation, ammonia sugar extraction, pigment extraction, tank farm and power. Relying on the technical framework of “factory operating system + industrial APP”, we built a unified data base and digital management of the whole process information for Haifeibio, deeply integrated the in-depth design of process automation, factory weak current system, energy management system, storage system, laboratory management system, equipment management system, EHS system and other on-site subsystems, and broke the information barrier. Effectively break the data island problem, to achieve the whole plant system data linkage and key business system linkage.
