On September 11th, the final of the 11th Siemens China Young Talent Day was successfully concluded in Shanghai!
Under the witness of Siemens China Management team, Siemens Xcelerator core experts, college student representatives and winners of the Learning Day Micro-Class Competition, the three teams finally won after fierce competition. They are: Winner Xplore and Go Beyond-MTS, runner-up ECX Industry Focus, and third runner-up Be Creative and Agile – SIMICAS.
This year’s Youth Forum brought together a total of 66 players from 11 teams. We actively co-created, put forward many solutions covering Siemens Xcelerator product types and great landing value, and discussed how to Make ideas into Reality through team efforts, so that innovation landing, which is also in line with the theme of this forum “Make Your Idea A Reality”.
The final 11 teams participated in the final.
At the same time, the closing event of the Siemens China Learning Day and the award ceremony of the Micro-Class Competition for fiscal year 2023 was held in Shanghai. He Jia, Dean of Siemens School of Management, summed up the excellent achievements made by the West Family in learning in the past year, as well as the plan and vision for the new fiscal year, and announced the winners of this micro-class competition.
The Siemens China management team presented awards to the winning delegates for their outstanding contributions to original learning resources.
At the final ceremony, Dr. Xiao Song, President and CEO of Siemens Greater China, delivered the opening speech. He mentioned that “continuous learning, learning in thinking” is the mission of every West family, which is especially important in the changing market situation. Xiao Bo shared: “We still have a lot of potential to tap, the more challenges the more need to maintain resilience, enhance combat effectiveness, I hope to see you through such opportunities to empower themselves, explore new knowledge, expand horizons, build connections!”
Ma Qing, Executive Vice President and head of Sustainable Development of Siemens Greater China, said in his closing speech: “Young Talent Day aims to provide a platform for Xijia youth to build trust, devote themselves to love and connect resources, which is also an important way to improve innovation efficiency and thus improve enterprise efficiency. The wonderful performances of all the contestants give us confidence!”
On June 12 this year, Siemens Global CEO Dr. Roland Busch and Dr. Xiao Song held a “growth dialogue” with all participants at the opening ceremony of the Youth Forum and shared their expectations for young people. As Dr. Xiao Song said, let’s “run in the rain” more agile, more continuous, more powerful!
Although the 11th Siemens China Youth Forum has come to an end, the thinking and practice of 66 young people and their coaching team on Siemens Xcelerator is worth valuing. In the future, more people will see their landing results through live broadcasting, sharing and roadshows, and continue to create greater commercial value and influence!
