Most companies’ marketing grew or remained flat
Most enterprises in the first half of 2012 market decline, the second half of the situation is better, production and sales have picked up, the whole year slightly growth.
At the end of 2012, the sensitive components and sensors branch of the China Electronic Components Industry Association used a variety of ways to understand the current operating status of the enterprise and concerns of the member units, member companies generally reflect that although the domestic economic situation is slightly better, but affected by the international economic downturn, domestic enterprises are inevitably implicated, most enterprises in the first half of 2012 market decline, Export business has been greatly affected. In particular, small and medium-sized enterprises are facing problems such as heavy tax burden, surge in human costs, and increase in financing costs. In the second half of 2012, the situation was better, production and sales picked up, and the overall growth was slight throughout the year.
Specific to each enterprise, the situation is also different. Among the member units, Huagong High-tech Electronics Co., Ltd. focuses on the export market and is greatly affected by the international situation, but the situation has improved since the second half of 2012, and the overall income has continued to grow; Zhengzhou Weisheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is the main gas sensor manufacturer in China. Under the unfavorable export situation, it still maintains the performance growth trend. With infrared filters, analyzers as the main products, Hangzhou Malek Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. with the technical advantages of its products, even under the impact of the relocation of the company’s address, it can still maintain substantial growth in performance, and full of confidence in the future, is expected to achieve double growth in sales in the New Year; Shandong Chenkun Group invests heavily in technology research and development, and will soon be involved in the field of Internet of Things. In 2012, the company made good progress in intelligent oilfield, water conservancy, agriculture and other fields; Guangxi New Future Information Industry Co., Ltd. is a major domestic varistor chip, zinc oxide varistor manufacturer, 2012 revenue growth, and the 2013 production and operation situation remains optimistic.
In short, in 2012, most companies can still maintain marketing growth or flat, and uniformly optimistic about the sensitive components and sensors industry, that the industry has broad application prospects, huge development potential, national policy support and other advantages. Of course, there are also some companies in the annual performance is not as good as expected at the beginning of the year, and even decline.
Industrial policies have been introduced
The state is gradually formulating policies conducive to the development of the sensor industry. In addition, the continuous emergence of emerging technologies has also become a positive factor for the development of the sensor industry.
According to the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan for China’s Electronic Components” issued by the China Electronic Components Association in July 2011, 500 billion yuan will be invested during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, mainly in the research and development and industrialization of new electronic components. The “Plan” clearly lists the key products and technologies for development in the next five years, including new chip, miniaturization, integration, and highly reliable electronic component products to meet the development needs of a new generation of electronic machines; High-quality, critical electronic components that meet the supporting needs of China’s new transportation equipment manufacturing industry; Electronic components for energy saving and environmental protection equipment and environmental protection electronic components; Electronic components for the next generation of communication technologies; Electronic components for new energy and smart grid industries; New electronic component materials and equipment. These include sensors based on MEMS technology, gas sensors for environmental monitoring equipment, flow sensors, humidity sensors, etc. In the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” for the Internet of Things released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in February 2012, the development of micro and smart sensors and wireless sensor networks is also mentioned in the key engineering content.
At present, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises in China’s sensitive components and sensors industry is large, and the market concentration is low, compared with developed countries, there is a technology gap, and some core technologies and products still need to be imported. The introduction of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan for electronic Components” and the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan for the Internet of Things” will drive investment in the industry, accelerate structural adjustment in the industry through the cultivation of large enterprises, promote industrial transformation and upgrading, and strengthen investment in technology research and development, promote breakthroughs in key core technologies, and significantly increase the added value of the industry.
Reviewing the development of China’s sensitive components and sensors industry, although rapid, but there are some shortcomings, such as the low level of product technology, weak industrial base, lack of product types, and weak research and development ability of enterprises. Therefore, the state is gradually formulating policies conducive to the development of the sensor industry. In addition, the continuous emergence of emerging technologies has also become a positive factor for the development of the sensor industry. With the development and application of new sensors applied to the Internet of Things, low-carbon economy and other fields, the sensor industry will occupy a more important position in the electronic components industry and play a greater role.
