Overview
Essential details:PCI-6733 NI Analog Output Device
The National Instruments PCI-6733 (Part Number: 778510-01) is a 1 MS/s, 8-Channel, 16-Bit Analog Output Device. Apart from various standard functions, this model comes with sound waveform generation and acquisition capabilities. With the NI PCI-6733, the user can create common, as well as complex waveforms, while keeping each data point controlled for each channel. This model allows the user to connect each DAC to either a device internal reference or to an external reference signal through AO EXT REF, (external reference pin) contained by its I/O connector. However, the user cannot apply any signal beyond the permitted range of ±11 Volts of AO GND. The net reduction in the output voltage range possible through AO EXT REF can bring a higher resolution at the modified range. The device is equipped with a 68-pin male SCSI-II I/O connector. It has 8 digital I/O lines with a 5 V TTL/CMOS compatibility, with an input and output buffer of 2,000 bytes each, and 2 counter/timer I/O lines with a frequency of 20 MHz and a resolution of 24 bits. Additionally, it has a power requirement of 1.25 A typical and 1.8 A maximum at +5 VDC, 125 mA typical and 250 mA maximum at +3.3 VDC.
Superiority products PCI-6733 NI Analog Output Device
- The PCI 6733 National Instruments Analog Output Device comes with eight lines of bidirectional digital input/output signals with individually controllable function and direction control, fast waveform generation, and acquisition features. The DIO terminals on the PCI-6733 NI can be accessed through the standard I/O connector incorporated in this device; the DIO terminals are named as P0. <0…7>. With the NI PCI 6733 Analog Output Device, the user can utilize each DIO line as either a static digital input or digital output line. Static digital I/O lines are a countable solution for the monitoring or controlling of digital signals. However, the entire sampling of static digital input lines and updates of static digital output lines is controlled through software.
The NI device measures 6.87 x 4.2 in. in physical dimensions. It has a recommended operating temperature range of 0 to 50 °C, and a storage temperature range of –20 to 70 °C.
