When I am in September, the autumn wind is cool. A highly anticipated industry event returns in Shanghai!
On September 19, the 23rd China International Industry Fair (CIIF) opened in the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai), with more than 2,800 exhibitors from 30 countries and regions around the world. This is after a lapse of three years, the Expo once again returned to the offline.
As the largest national comprehensive industrial event in China, the Expo will focus on the theme of “Carbon follows the new industry, the new economy”, and build an international, open and high-level global industrial cooperation and exchange platform around the trend of low-carbon development and digital transformation of the manufacturing industry. The exhibitors can be said to grind a sword for three years, “big move” one after another, it is understood that this exhibition will have nearly a thousand new products, new technology amazing appearance, enough to make everyone in the venue can clearly feel the strong driving force of high-quality development of manufacturing industry.
So, what are the “big moves” released by each family? Small make up for everyone to look around.
Not surprisingly, Siemens once again occupied the largest booth in the IAS Automation Hall this year. This year, under the theme of “Digital Drive for a Sustainable Future”, Siemens’ booth reached an unprecedented 1,000 square meters, with five exhibition areas and more than 70 separate topics, focusing on digital enterprises, multi-scenario applications, future-oriented enhanced automation, innovative products and services, and ecological value co-creation. During the exhibition, Siemens Industrial Operation X Enhanced Automation officially landed in China. This automation product portfolio for industrial production and operations can integrate cutting-edge IT technology and mature software operation methods into automation technology, helping industrial enterprises flexibly respond to market changes.
With the theme “Digital Acceleration towards a more Sustainable Industrial Future”, Schneider Electric showcases innovative technologies, solutions and insights covering the full range of discrete, process and hybrid industrial scenarios, throughout the full life cycle of product and production design, construction, operation and maintenance. Bring the latest EcoStruxure open automation platform V23.0 version, Cobot, the new generation of Lexium 18 series servo and other digital intelligence, low-carbon series of innovative technologies and products, as well as upgraded full life cycle services. At the same time, based on the successful application of the integration of 5G communication technology and industrial scenes, Schneider Electric also released a practical report on the deep integration of 5G+PLC together with partners at the exhibition to interpret the broad prospects of 5G technology in the field of industrial control.
ABB this year set up three booths, its latest collaborative robots and digital solutions, transmission and servo motors, B&R mechanical automation solutions and dozens of innovative exhibits are on display. In the three exhibition platforms with a total area of nearly 1,100 square meters, ABB made full use of naked eye 3D technology, LED screens, exhibition panels, online live broadcast and other forms to present the audience with an “immersive” experience.
Mitsubishi Electric with the theme of “Automating the World at ease” (it is said that this brand concept is the first time to be exhibited at a comprehensive large-scale exhibition) appeared at the Expo. At the 405 square meters booth site, Mitsubishi Electric set up three exhibition areas of “future manufacturing, create for you”, “digital manufacturing, beyond imagination” and “Manufacturing, Make sustainable”, focusing on customer needs in different industries, bringing customized, digital and sustainable solutions for everyone. At the same time, three digital industrial software, including Mitsubishi Electric SCADA software GENESIS64, 3D simulation software MELSOFT Gemini, and data analysis and diagnosis software MELSOFT MaiLab, were jointly exhibited at the Expo for the first time. It fully reflects Mitsubishi Electric’s great importance to the Chinese market and its deep grasp of the digital development trend.
