EASYGEN-3200XT 8440-2082 Woodward EasyGen 3000 series model

This model is a 3200XT-P1 (Package 1) version. One notable difference between the 8440-2082 and the similar 3200XT-P1-LT model is their operating temperature range. This model is rated for operating temperatures from -20 to 70 °C; the LT version is rated for -40 to 70 °C and is suitable for outdoor use. The 8440-2082 comes with a display (3100 versions do not) and is designed for front panel mounting.

The ToolKit software used with this genset control has multi-language capability. English, French, German, and Japanese are just a few of the fourteen supported languages. The built-in HMI has a color LCD and soft keys (now with dedicated buttons) for easy, direct control of the 8440-2082 unit. Multi-level password protection prevents unauthorized changes.

easYgen 3000XT model 8440-2082 has three freely configurable PID controllers. It offers import and export control (kW and kvar), as well as MCB and GCB synchronization (slipping/phase matching). There are four operating modes for this genset control, as well as the option to configure the unit for manual breaker control.
