Product Description
The IS200EACFG2A is the second version of the IS200EACFG models. Version G2 has four transformers on the board that support one three-phase input voltage. The transformer blocks are T3, T4, T1, and T2; terminal block T3 is at the top of the board closest to the alphanumeric catalog, T4 and T1 are in the middle of the board, and terminal block T2 is closest to the bottom of the board and nearest to the TB4 coil input terminal. The voltage measuring range on the G2 version of this module is up to 1000 VRMS.
If your board has malfunctioned and needs to be replaced, the panel where the board is installed must be de-energized before removal. When removing the IS200EACFG2A board test all of the electrical circuits located within the auxiliary cabinet to ensure that the power is off. Disconnect the cables from the EACF board and ensure the connecting cables are labeled properly to ensure a quick and easy reinstallation.
When connecting the coil cables to terminal TB4 on the IS200EACFG2A model the first and highest coil will connect to terminal 1, and the lowest part of the same coil connects to terminal two. Terminals three and four are for coil two, the highest part of coil two connects to terminal three and the lowest part connects to terminal four.
