The IS230TRTDH1D is a small PCB created by General Electric.  The board is designed as part of the Mark VI system, which was the second-to-last Speedtronic management system for gas/steam turbines developed and released by GE before they moved on from that line.

The IS230TRTDH1D functions as an RTD Input terminal board.  This is a small board component that works in conjunction with a PRTD board.  The board accepts 16 three-wire RTD inputs. Two terminal blocks placed on the front edge of the board accept these inputs.  Each input has noise suppression to protect from surge and high-frequency noise. The IS230TRTDH1D is one of four versions of the TRTD board; please verify before ordering this is the correct board for your uses.

The two terminal blocks on the IS230TRTDH1D are barrier type blocks.  They can be unplugged from the board if needed for maintenance. Each input has 24 screw connects and accept eight RTD inputs with three wires.  The board has two DC-37 pin connectors with latching fasteners. These ports are labeled JA1 and JB1. The board has two screws that connect it to a metal frame.  This frame protects all four edges of the board and includes a shield bar along the leading edge.

The IS230TRTDH1D does not have any configurable hardware.  The board had diagnostics such as hardware limit checking and system limit checking.  The chip includes a read-only chip that carries information like the board’s connector location, terminal board serial number, revision number, and board type.  A “Failed ID” fault will be created if there is a mismatch between the IS230TRTDH1D and its corresponding board.
