The 25th China International High-tech Fair is being held in Shenzhen. At this year’s CHTF, the Chinese Academy of Sciences brought a batch of the latest technology and scientific research achievements, some of which are making their debut. Industrial machine is an essential and important equipment in the field of high-end manufacturing, and its technical development level directly affects China’s comprehensive competitiveness in the field of global industrial development. The domestic five-axis high-end numerical control system that debuted at the fair has the characteristics of fast response speed and high precision, and can provide reliable technical support for China’s aerospace, new energy vehicle manufacturing and other strategic emerging industries.
Domestic five-axis high-end CNC system is also commonly known as the “industrial mother machine”, small to common components, large to aerospace equipment, if there is no high-end precision industrial mother machine, all industrial design can only stay on the drawing. The scientific research team of the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has carried out a series of research and development work for the needs of China’s high-end manufacturing field, and has broken through a series of key technologies such as five-axis machining center platform and high-end CNC operating system over the years, providing more possibilities for domestic high-end industrial manufacturing. Yang Zhile, a researcher at the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, pointed out that through years of research and development accumulation, this system has broken the long-term technological monopoly of foreign countries and achieved microne-level precision motion control. The five-axis and five-linkage synchronous single-point motion control can be applied well in the later high-precision machining, fan, blade, surface machining and other complex fields.
