On October 30, the “Yisheng Cloud Network Intelligent Future – 5G+ Industrial Internet Summit Forum” was held in Beijing, and the China Telecom Industrial Internet Open Platform was released at the same time.
During the forum, China Telecom signed cooperation agreements on major 5G projects with 12 enterprises, including Xiaomi, Power Construction of China, Siemens Healthcare and General Electric.
According to reports, the China Telecom Industrial Internet Open platform is a data enabling platform based on the China Telecom cloud network integration infrastructure, which will help the government and enterprises to complete the construction of digital infrastructure, improve the level of digitalization, open up data islands, drive the efficient circulation of data, and provide an orderly, neutral, safe and open high-quality data open platform for the entire manufacturing industry. The platform, independently developed and operated by China Telecom, provides data empowerment services for manufacturing enterprises from three levels: industrial data collection, industrial data center and industrial data application.
Among them, the industrial intelligent gateway can load different edge applications such as data acquisition protocol conversion according to the specific needs of customers, and map various production factors in the physical space into data in the information space safely and reliably.
Industrial data center to build virtual digital space in the way of digital twins. Through data convergence and exchange, open up information islands and drive efficient data circulation; Mining industrial knowledge and innovating business value through big data and artificial intelligence.
Industrial data applications will bring together industrial apps from independent research and development, partner manufacturers and third-party industrial Internet platforms, and jointly build a data interconnection ecosystem of compliance, mutual trust and win-win. Promote cross-industry and cross-field data integration, application and cooperation, and contribute to the construction of digital economy.
