Recently, Hangzhou Hollyse Automation Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as: Hollyse) and Shandong Guoshu Development Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as: Shandong Guoshu) jointly built Jinan Thermoelectric Group Lingxiu city heat source plant intelligent optimization of coal water slurry boiler first set of project successfully completed acceptance, and obtained the letter of commendation from Jinan Thermoelectric Group Minghu Thermoelectric Branch.
The successful implementation of this project marks the complete success of the optimization control transformation of the first set of heating boiler of Jinan Thermal Power Group Lingxiu City heat source Plant, and also marks the first cooperation between Hollysys and Shandong Guosu in the field of intelligent control.
Four 70MW circulating fluidized bed hot water boilers have been built in the Lingxiucheng Heat source Plant of Jinan Thermoelectric Group, which are operated by the main pipe and fueled by coal water slurry. They are mainly used for municipal heating of Jinan residents. The combustion system and heating temperature coordination system are manually controlled, with low automatic input rate and high labor intensity in operation. In the context of dual-carbon policy, Jinan Thermal Power Group actively promotes intelligent transformation and upgrading to achieve a more efficient, environmentally friendly and intelligent transformation and upgrading. To this end, Shandong Guosu and Jinan Thermoelectric Group have reached a willingness to cooperate in the transformation and upgrading of smart factories, and take the Lingxiu City heat source plant as a pilot project.
In this project, boiler intelligent combustion optimization is the most basic and the most critical step. After many on-site investigations and technical exchanges, Shandong Guosu and Hollysys provided targeted professional solutions for the site based on HOLLiAS APC advanced control platform independently developed by Hollysys. The scheme includes: single furnace heat load optimization scheme, master pipe temperature intelligent coordination scheme, etc. At the same time, according to customer demand, the automatic setting mode of 24-hour temperature curve is added.
In the process of project implementation, combined with the characteristics of the process complexity of coal water slurry boilers, Hollyse uses core technologies such as predictive control, fuzzy control, automatic optimization, artificial intelligence, big data self-learning and coordinated control to establish key parameter optimization indicators through dynamic analysis of key process indicators and boiler response time, so as to overcome internal interference factors such as bed pressure, circulating ash volume and coal quality. At the same time, the temperature forecast adjustment mechanism is established in advance to ensure the efficient operation of the boiler and ensure the standard and stability of the external heating temperature.
After the implementation of the project deployment, the following project objectives have been achieved:
• Provide two automatic control modes of 24-hour temperature and heat load;
• Automatic input rate is higher than 98%, no intervention time is greater than 90%;
• The key process index is more than 30% higher than the manual control accuracy;
• Set up intelligent voice alarm system, and directly locate the fault point through voice alarm to ensure the safe operation of the system;
• Realize coordinated control of multi-furnace heating to ensure stable output of external heating temperature according to target setting;
• The boiler efficiency is increased by more than 1.5%, and more than 1,000 tons of coal can be saved per heating season.
Hollyse’s intelligent optimization control solutions help Lingxiu City heat source plant to achieve efficient, stable and safe operation of boilers in the full load section, reduce operational labor intensity, improve heating efficiency and quality, and help Jinan Thermal Power Group to develop rapidly in the direction of greener, safer, more environmentally friendly, more efficient and more intelligent transformation and upgrading.
