T200-410-J-0AA1 The widespread application of industrial robots has promoted the rapid development of the manufacturing industry, but as the manufacturing industry moves toward intelligent manufacturing, the traditional application of industrial robots has been unable to meet the core requirements of self-sensing, flexibility, high speed and customization of intelligent manufacturing. Based on the demand model of intelligent manufacturing, this paper analyzes the application trend of industrial robots in the era of intelligent manufacturing, and takes the intelligent application of industrial robots in an auto parts manufacturing enterprise in Thailand as an example to introduce the methods and effects of intelligent application of industrial robots in detail, so as to provide reference for the intelligent application of industrial robots in the era of intelligent manufacturing.
01 Introduction
Industrial robots, also known as robotic arms, were first developed to replace human labor. With the continuous development of manufacturing and industrial automation technology, people gradually have higher and higher requirements for manufacturing efficiency and ergonomics, so robots T200-410-J-0AA1 have been widely used in the manufacturing industry. Through sensor technology and intelligent computing control technology, the robot has the ability to actively acquire external information and actively analyze and control motion. Enhance the industrial robot’s active adaptation to the environment and get rid of the constraints of the unknown environment on its operation.
