In the era of digital economy, the meta-universe industry has accelerated its evolution and gradually become an important force to promote the development of a new industrialized digital economy. It is reported that the White Paper was organized by the Industrial Culture Development Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and convened a number of units such as Hangzhou Lingxing Technology, ZTE, Lenovo, Guangdong Telecom Planning and Design Institute to jointly write, authoritative, representative and influential belong to the top level in China. Since the concept of the meta-universe was put forward, governments, industry and academia have continuously accelerated the layout, and carried out a series of work in the fields of technical research, industrial promotion, and standard development. The Guidelines thoroughly implement the Three-year Action Plan for the Innovation and Development of the Meta-cosmic Industry (2023-2025), lead the standardized and healthy development of the industrial meta-cosmic industry through standardization construction, and select industries and regions with mature conditions to carry out experimental research and pilot promotion.
