First, we thoroughly implemented the development strategy. In accordance with the relevant requirements of the implementation plan of Project 512, strengthen the testing, evaluation, and application consulting service capabilities based on the construction and transformation of 5G enterprise Intranet, guide the construction of technology test beds and industry test beds, create typical industrial application scenarios, and support the implementation of 5G strategy and industrial Internet innovation and development strategy.

Accelerate the use of 5G technology to carry out network transformation and deployment in the factory, accelerate the construction of 5G network environment in the factory, and provide facility resources for integrated development. Establish innovation carriers such as 5G and industrial Internet integrated research and development systems, innovation centers or laboratories, and gather all kinds of research and development resources to improve research and development efficiency and the level of achievement transformation. Actively guide social capital to enter the field of “5G+ industrial Internet” to provide multi-channel funding guarantee for integrated development.

Relying on the National Industrial Internet Standards Coordination and Promotion Group, the general group and the expert advisory group, we will coordinate and promote the construction of the “5G+ Industrial Internet” integration standard system, and deeply carry out the research and development and industrialization of the key technologies of “5G+ Industrial Internet” integration. Build a cooperation platform and promote the construction of vertical industry application testing and pilot demonstration.

Give full play to the important role of industrial organizations such as the Industrial Internet Industry Alliance and 5G application industry Phalanx, and gather and train a group of experts and composite talents who understand both 5G and industrial Internet. Through the holding of “Blooming Cup” and other large-scale national science and innovation competitions, incubating “5G+ Industrial Internet” excellent projects.
