In addition, there are about 5 million IT employees in China, and 40 to 50 million engineering and technical personnel, so the enthusiasm of industrial software research and development should be fully mobilized. For example, to open up the communication channels between industrial enterprises and the software research and development industry, government departments and large industrial enterprises set up bonuses to encourage software industry talents to tackle industrial software projects.
In improving the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in industrial software research and development, the head of an automation company in Jiangsu said that he hoped to give more support to private enterprises in the introduction of talent. For example, in terms of talent identification criteria, more emphasis is placed on affirming the needs of enterprises, talents with actual results and practical utility, and it does not necessarily have to be a doctor’s degree or overseas background.
