Five, the robot market slowdown? Support from emerging industries

Multi-channel views and data show that from the second half of last year, China’s robot market appeared “growing pains” and began to enter a period of slow growth. The reasons include the deterioration of the international trade environment, the increasing downward pressure on the global economy, and the sluggish development of major application industries such as automobiles and electronics.

However, some companies have not been affected. On the eve of the Expo, ABB Robotics also increased its investment in China again, announcing that its new robot factory and research and development base in Shanghai, China, officially broke ground, with a total investment of about 1 billion yuan.

From the perspective of robot segmentation, mobile robots and collaborative robots in fact still maintain good market growth. Cao Yu Nan, CEO of the collaborative robot representative enterprise Elit Robot, said that although the entire automation market is not satisfactory and is in a tight state, the collaborative robot “circuit” has been growing, and the adaptation scenario is far from saturated.
