Expand the brand matrix, expand business capabilities
Over the past three years, Ingersoll Rand has acquired more than 20 companies or businesses that are highly related to or complementary to its business, a series of initiatives that have brought new products and technologies to the Group, strengthened its corporate strength and expanded its potential market.
Among the acquisitions in the past two years are screw pump manufacturers REX010 SEEPEX and Hydro Prokav, nitrogen machine manufacturer Holtec, air treatment products manufacturer Hanye, and Speck Fluids’ air treatment business.
SEEPEX has innovative technologies represented by adaptive smart transport technology, which has won international design awards and international patent certification worldwide. Ingersoll Rand will grow with its brand, technology and digital platform expertise. The acquisition of Hydro Prokav also expands Ingersoll Rand’s presence in the screw pump segment and gives the group further access to the growing markets of India and Southeast Asia.
Speck’s air handling business is a leading manufacturer of reliable and energy efficient adsorption dryers and freeze dryers, filtration systems and compressed air dehydration purifiers, with several industry-renowned brands such as Hankison and Jemaco. Hanye is an OEM manufacturer of air treatment products and holds a number of exclusive patents in China covering compressed air adsorption dryers and compressed air freezing dryers and air filters. These air handling businesses and products are highly complementary to Ingersoll Rand, with compressed air dryers and filtration equipment helping to improve the production and process reliability of compressors and further advancing Ingersoll Rand’s strategy to expand its product offerings across the broader compressor ecosystem.
Ingersoll Rand’s new business continues to drive business growth
Adhere to sustainable development and achieve win-win results
