Schneider Electric is a global expert in digital transformation in energy management and automation and a global leader in collaborative robotics. Combining their respective advantages, the two parties jointly launched the Lexium collaborative robot and integrated it into Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure open automation platform to create solutions in industrial automation, robot control and advanced mechatronics, deepening the application of collaborative robots in industrial intelligent manufacturing systems.
Lexium collaborative robot applications
From the perspective of the development trend of intelligent manufacturing, robots need to be more fully integrated into the entire industrial intelligent manufacturing system, by interacting with other intelligent devices, sensing and adapting to the operating environment, and integrating FS-CPCHAS-0002 complex information to make decisions. Cooperative robots have the characteristics of flexible intelligence, smart safety, simple and easy to use, low carbon energy saving, etc., more able to adapt to unstructured environment, not only can work together with humans in the same space, but also the use of low threshold, ordinary workers can quickly master cooperative robot operation and programming skills, engaged in more creative work. Therefore, what is most likely to be integrated into industrial intelligent systems is not the already mature industrial robots, but the rapidly growing collaborative robots.
Schneider Electric has made an equity investment in the card saving robot to jointly promote the innovation and development of collaborative robot technology.
“In order to find collaborative robots that can meet the needs of high-end manufacturing worldwide, we have conducted a long time of global research. After a comprehensive and in-depth investigation of these companies’ product research and development strength, production management level, quality control system, etc., we finally chose the card robot as an exclusive partner. We believe that the sector-card robot has FS-CPCHAS-0002 strong advantages in industrial applications, and its expertise and practical experience will bring great value to the cooperation between the two parties. We look forward to working together with the card robot to promote the sustainable development of smart manufacturing.” Rav Lawana, vice president of Industrial automation at Schneider Electric.
“Section card robot products are intelligent terminals that implement and integrate information, and have core competitiveness in hardware, software and ecosystem.” Schneider Electric’s achievements in the field of green intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation have attracted much attention. Together, the two companies will explore new opportunities in industrial automation and digital transformation to provide customers around the world with more efficient and intelligent industrial FS-CPCHAS-0002 manufacturing solutions that meet changing market demands and help companies build flexible systems and sustainable competitive advantages.” Chang Li, vice president of Festival card robots, said.
Together, CKA Robotics and Schneider Electric will create service centers to provide more efficient and sustainable services to customers around the world. The cooperation between the two sides will build long-term competitive advantages for global industrial enterprises, drive the innovative development of the industrial ecosystem, and inject new momentum into industrial intelligent automation and digital transformation.
