Industrial parks are the core unit of industrial agglomeration and development, and their carbon emissions account for about 30% of the total emissions in the country. Under the background of dual-carbon strategy, industrial parks have become one of the key scenarios for industrial green development and low-carbon energy transformation. Therefore, building zero-carbon smart industrial parks has become a powerful measure for local governments to take into account both economy and environment and realize sustainable social development.
NI-8260 Zero carbonization of the park, the first need to verify and assess the source of carbon emissions, but the country does not have a complete zero carbon smart park assessment standards and recognition principles, so it affects the subsequent zero carbon smart park planning and decarbonization measures and business landing.
On April 8, based on the application scenario of Ganghua Zero-carbon Smart Park, Ganghua Energy jointly launched the evaluation and acceptance standards of zero-carbon smart energy application in industrial parks with TUV SUD and Tsinghua University’s Energy Internet Innovation Research Institute, and established the target index system of zero-carbon smart park, carbon emission mathematical statistics standards, digital standards of smart energy and acceptance evaluation standards. Promote the top-level design, construction, operation management, and effectiveness evaluation of zero-carbon smart parks, and form a closed loop with digital intelligence means to help achieve NI-8260 the national dual-carbon strategic goals.
Promote the evaluation and acceptance standards for the first zero-carbon smart energy application in industrial parks
Industrial parks are characterized by a large number of enterprises, dispersed industries, diversified energy use, large changes in energy use, diversified management, and diversified emission sources. It is a big workload, high cost, and difficult to comprehensively find out all emission sources of industrial parks and all operating enterprises in the parks, and park operators do not have the right to obtain all relevant emission data of enterprises. Connecting the energy use monitoring data of enterprises and parks is the first step to carbon metering.
Ganghua Energy is the world’s leading expert in zero-carbon scenario management. Based on the “Ganghua Smart Energy Ecological Platform”, it realizes the integration of “source and network load and storage” and the digital intelligent upgrade of energy management. Through the investment, construction and operation of energy infrastructure such as distributed photovoltaic, energy storage, charging and replacing, and multi-energy joint supply, it also provides customers with value-added services such as carbon management and energy efficiency management. To comprehensively build zero-carbon smart parks, 123 smart energy projects have been laid out in 21 NI-8260 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, including 38 zero-carbon smart park projects. Therefore, HKC takes the lead in formulating carbon emission evaluation standards for energy supply systems, which have detailed data sources and application scenarios.
Headquartered in Munich, Germany, TUV SUD was founded in 1866 in Mannheim, Germany, and has a global reputation for world-class service and leading German technology. Tsinghua University Energy Internet Innovation Institute is the first comprehensive research institution on energy Internet in China. It is committed to giving full play to the comprehensive advantages of Tsinghua University’s multi-disciplines, building a talent training center and scientific and technological innovation center in the field of energy Internet, and becoming a highly influential think tank for energy strategic decision-making in China and even in the world. At the same time, the development of the energy Internet industry is promoted from the aspects of innovative solutions, key technologies and product research and development, scientific and technological achievements transformation, and industrial service incubation.
Therefore, the evaluation and acceptance criteria for the application of zero-carbon smart energy in industrial parks jointly created by the three parties is a powerful combination of the world’s leading technology and rich zero-carbon smart park application scenarios, and is the first landing, implementation and monitoring assessment specification on the energy use emissions of zero-carbon smart parks, which has an important demonstration role and reference significance for the development of the industry.
