All-round promotion of the industrial Internet industry
Since the “Made in China 2025” manufacturing power strategy was proposed in 2015, the relevant policies of the state have been introduced one after another. In 2016, the main line of integrated development of manufacturing and the Internet was laid, and by 2017, national policies gradually entered the specific guidance period, support and planning began to be refined, and the development of the industrial Internet began to accelerate.
3HAC17326-1/02 In terms of scale, the added value of China’s industrial Internet industry continues to expand. According to estimates by the China Industrial Internet Research Institute, the added value of the industrial Internet reached 3.41 trillion yuan in 2019, with a nominal growth rate of 22.14%, and the proportion of GDP was 3.44%.
From the perspective of architecture, the three systems of network, platform and security are advancing in an all-round way. Information and communication enterprises and manufacturing enterprises have actively explored the transformation of enterprise internal networks, and positive progress has been made in the construction of the identification analysis system. Five national top-level nodes and 55 industrial second-tier nodes have been built, and the number of registered identifiers has 3HAC17326-1/02 exceeded 4 billion, and the network support capacity has been greatly improved. There are more than 70 industrial Internet platforms with industrial and regional influence, serving nearly 400,000 industrial enterprises, and the platform service capability has been strengthened. The information technology company monitors more than 100 key platforms and more than 9 million networked devices in real time to ensure data security and real-time early warning, and has established a solid security guarantee system.
In addition to its own development, the industrial Internet has also played a significant role in driving other industries. In 2019, the industrial added value of the primary industry, the secondary industry and the tertiary industry driven by the industrial Internet was 0.049 trillion yuan, 1.775 trillion yuan and 1.585 trillion yuan respectively. Among them, the industrial Internet has driven the value added scale of the manufacturing industry to reach 1,469.468 billion yuan, and the number of industries with a value added scale of more than 100 billion yuan has reached 9.
In addition to the achievements in scale, leading companies in various industries are also actively exploring new models and new formats on the basis of the industrial Internet. The “White Paper on New Models and New Formats of Industrial Internet Platforms” compiled by 3HAC17326-1/02 CDI Research Institute summarizes five new formats, including gig economy, shared manufacturing, modern supply chain, industrial e-commerce and industry chain finance, and each new format can be further subdivided. For example, taking shared manufacturing as an example, INDICS platform inventory, stripping, integration of idle manufacturing capacity, testing capacity and measurement testing capacity, so that different manufacturing plants can be traded between, which belongs to manufacturing capacity sharing; Haier’s Kaos platform shares design tools, industrial mechanism models and other R & D design resources for more than 100,000 developers of the platform to call, which belongs to the sharing of design capabilities; Rongzhida gives full play to the advantages of market, brand and channel, providing incubation services for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, and enhancing the market competitiveness of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, which belongs to service capacity sharing.
Professor Wu Qingsheng of Antai College of Economics and Management of Shanghai Jiaotong University pointed out that the emergence of the industrial Internet has brought new development ideas and provided an opportunity for China’s manufacturing enterprises to achieve curved overtaking. The exploration of new models and new business forms by leading enterprises will have great demonstration significance for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to better determine their competitive advantages in global competition and narrow the gap with Western developed countries.
