DCS card maintenance

The I/O cards matching with DCS include current signal input card, voltage signal input card, thermal resistance signal input card, level signal input card, pulse quantity input card and current signal output card, etc. SupX600 products can be used to diagnose and locate the channels of these I/O cards.

Drive and maintain the actuator

Through the function of “hand operator”, the intelligent valve positioner can set the stroke, operate the distance, perform automatic or manual calibration and complete the valve self-diagnosis.

In the HART adjustment process of the intelligent positioner, it can be directly driven by the analog current output function of the SupX600 product, without configuring an external current source, and the control signal value can be adjusted through the shortcut icon at the top and the corresponding percentage can be prompted to quickly adjust the valve position output.

Maintain calibration transmitter

• Carry out range setting, loop testing and zero calibration of the field transmitter through the “hand operator”.
• Through the “calibrator”, measure the output current value of the transmitter or the analog temperature signal output to detect the transmitter.
• The calibration of the temperature transmitter can be done automatically through the “Process calibrator”. The right channel simulates the thermocouple output, and the left channel measures the output current from the transmitter, completes calibration automatically, and generates an electronic report.

Maintenance barrier

The SupX600 series simulates a two-wire transmitter output (4 to 20 mA) current signal, making it easy, fast, and simple to adjust and maintain the isolation gate in the field with only one process calibrator, without the need for external power supplies and other equipment. And the “process calibrator” function can be used to automatically complete the calibration and generate an electronic report after convenient and fast setting, without manual operation and recording.
