1.3. Policies are blowing frequently to help the market expand
KJ3221XI-BA1 China’s sensor industry policy support continues to increase. As one of the core key components of industrial control systems, automotive electronics and other products, sensors are an important part of industrial transformation and upgrading, and are widely used in various aspects such as the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence. In recent years, the state has launched a series of industrial support policies, which has strongly promoted the development of the sensor industry.
2. Force sensor: The six-dimensional torque sensor has higher barriers and better performance
2.1. The force/moment sensor can accurately measure the force
A force sensor is a component that converts the value of a force into an electrical signal. Weight, tension, stress, torque can be used as the input of the force sensor, which is processed and output as an electrical KJ3221XI-BA1 signal and transmitted to a terminal such as a pointer, controller, or computer. Similar to the generalized sensor, the force sensor is composed of a force sensitive element (that is, an elastic body, common materials are aluminum alloy, alloy steel and stainless steel), a conversion KJ3221XI-BA1 element (the most common is the resistance strain gauge) and a circuit part (generally enamelled wire, pcb board, etc.), of which the force sensitive resistor is a widely used force sensitive element. A force resistor typically consists of a thin film of conductive polymers (composed of a matrix of conductive and non-conductive particles of sub-micron size) whose surface, when stressed, contacts the sensor electrode and changes its resistance in a predictable manner to measure the force.
Torque sensors are force sensors that use a strain gauge to measure the moment of force on an object. Moment is a physical quantity that expresses the rotation effect caused by the force acting on the object, and is a common mechanical input of the sensor. According to whether acceleration is involved, torque can be divided into static torque (which does not involve acceleration) and dynamic torque (which involves acceleration), the static torque is usually the torque that does not produce rotation, and the dynamic torque is usually the torque that produces rotation. Two typical torque sensor designs are the measuring shaft and the measuring flange, both of which present an axle-body structure. Torque sensors are usually loaded with strain gauges, which consist of a thin foil and an electrical conductor connected to the foil. When the foil and conductor shape changes, the resistance also changes, revealing the load acting on the strain gauge. If an external load is applied to the sensor, the strain gauge will deform like a spring element to measure work and energy.
According to the different pressure elements, the force sensor can KJ3221XI-BA1 be divided into strain type force sensor, optical type sensor and piezoelectric type force sensor, among which the piezoelectric type conversion element is mostly used in the non-six-dimensional force sensor. 1) Strain gauge force sensor: the use of silicon strain gauge or metal foil, piezoelectric sensors can be divided into capacitive and piezoelectric two, the principle is that the conversion element strain gauge with the force sensor deformation at the same time, resulting in their own resistance, voltage difference, grating changes, through the electrical signal reaction force and torque change. Silicon strain gauge can maintain high stiffness, stability and signal-to-noise ratio, and has the best performance level, but the deficiency is high cost and complex production process. 2) Optical components: wide measuring range, strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability, but the disadvantage is weak rigidity, and higher requirements for the environment; 3) Piezoelectric/capacitive components: have high sensitivity and high resolution, and strong environmental applicability, but the disadvantage is that the circuit is complex, and the signal drift is difficult to suppress.
