High-end, intelligent, green, and safe are the key directions of equipment update in the industrial field. The “Plan” starts from four directions: advanced equipment update action, digital transformation action, green equipment promotion action, and essential safety level improvement action, and deploies 12 key tasks.
In terms of high-end, the “plan” is clear to accelerate the replacement of backward and inefficient equipment. For industrial mother-machines, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, electric bicycles and other production equipment in the overall low level of the industry, speed up the elimination of backward and inefficient equipment, beyond the service of old equipment. Promote equipment networking and digital links in production links, achieve production data connectivity, manufacturing flexibility and intelligent management, and create a digital workshop. Carry out intelligent upgrading around the whole manufacturing process such as production, management and service, optimize organizational structure and business processes, and build smart factories.
In terms of green, the “plan” said that the green transformation of production equipment should be accelerated. To promote the upgrading of energy efficiency of key energy-using equipment, with the focus on improving energy efficiency, promote the upgrading of key energy-using equipment such as boilers, motors, transformers, cooling and heating air compressors, heat exchangers, and pumps in industrial and other fields, and promote the application of energy-saving equipment with energy efficiency level 2 or above.
In terms of improving the essential safety level, the “plan” refers to the goal of unmanned dangerous jobs, the implementation of “mechanical replacement, automation reduction” and “robot replacement” projects, and the promotion and application of safety technology and equipment.
