As the world leader in semiconductors for power systems and the Internet of Things, Infineon’s total global revenue reached a record high of €16.3 billion in fiscal year 2023. Among them, the five application markets of electric vehicles, renewable energy, ADAS, Internet of Things, and AI/ data center are the main sources of revenue growth, contributing 35% of sales revenue.
