On July 18, the Energy Investment Committee of China Investment Association (referred to as the “Energy Investment Committee”) was invited to participate in the T8480C Siemens Low carbon Digital Innovation Summit seminar, which held the launch ceremony of the first zero carbon factory in Shandong Province – Lokmesen (Jinan) zero carbon Smart factory, which is based on the release of the China Investment Association. The “Zero Carbon Factory Evaluation Standard” of the “Zero Carbon China” standard system of the Energy Investment Commission has been built, which marks that the construction of zero carbon scenarios based on the “zero carbon China” standard has made practical progress in Shandong Province.

Zhang Jie, vice chairman and secretary-general of the Energy Investment Committee of China Investment Association, delivered a keynote speech “Zero Carbon China and zero carbon Factory” at the meeting. He said that at present, the energy investment Committee of China Investment Association, as the promotion and implementation unit of the “zero Carbon China Initiative”, is comprehensively carrying out the construction of zero carbon standards, technology, industry,

investment and talent system. With the Zero carbon China standard system as the core, nearly ten special scenarios of zero carbon evaluation standards have been published, such as Zero carbon Factory Evaluation Standards, zero carbon Park Evaluation standards, zero carbon rural Evaluation standards, and zero carbon Data T8480C Center Evaluation standards. He pointed out that the key to achieve the goal of zero carbon is energy, and in the past, we emphasized the transformation of the energy supply side and ignored the transformation of the energy consumption side, factories, parks and other key scenes are actually the most important energy consumers, the main forms of energy consumption are energy, buildings, transportation. We believe that the solution to “zero carbon China” is “green + digital intelligence”, that is, to clarify the relationship between energy and energy, between energy and buildings, and between energy and transportation in a “green + digital intelligence” way. The Lokmesen (Jinan) zero-carbon Smart Factory launched today based on the “Zero-carbon China” and “zero-carbon Factory Evaluation Standards” is an important case of practicing the “green + digital intelligence” zero-carbon China solution.
