This product continues the excellent control performance and high reliability of the YS80/YS100 series, and adds a number of innovative designs, such as color LCD display and enhanced networking capabilities, to make the new generation of single-loop controllers even easier to use.

APPLICATION
The YS1700-020/A31 also has more powerful control and calculation capabilities, using four-byte floating point calculations in IEEE754 format, with more than one hundred types of calculation modules, including exponential and logarithmic functions, temperature compensation, and pressure compensation. In addition, it has a function selection mode that allows the selection of common functions without programming, and the function assignment of digital and analog input/output can also be determined by parameter Settings.
The YS1700-020/A31’s scalable I/O capability allows for eight analog inputs, four analog outputs, ten digital inputs, or ten digital outputs (for a total of fourteen digital inputs and outputs). It also has fail-safe features, and because of the dual CPU design (one for control and one for display), display and manual operation can be enabled even if either CPU fails.
The YS1700-020/A31 also features non-volatile memory for memory backup and does not use batteries or capacitors for easy maintenance. It supports AC/DC dual power supplies with a wide operating voltage range to ensure stability when the power supply voltage fluctuates, and the DC power supply can receive power without polarity. In addition, it also supports communication functions, including Ethernet (Modbus/TCP), RS485 (PC link, Modbus, peer-to-peer communication, and YS protocol).
