Bently Nevada recently introduced a new monitoring module, Model 146031-01, that is part of the 3500 Series of monitoring systems designed for high-precision data monitoring in industrial applications. This module can provide high-speed data acquisition, up to 250 kHz sampling rate, and has 16 bit data resolution to ensure high accuracy of data acquisition.
With four channels, the 146031-01 module is capable of processing multiple signals simultaneously and is suitable for monitoring various industrial parameters such as temperature, pressure, displacement and speed. It has a storage capacity of 4 MB and can transfer data through the RS-485 interface. The module operates at a voltage of 24 V DC and a power consumption of 5 W, and is capable of stable operation over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. The protection level reaches IP67 and ADAPTS to a variety of harsh industrial environments.
