National Instruments recently introduced a new C-Series voltage output module, the NI-9264. With its high precision and high density design, this module meets the higher requirements for analog signal generation in industrial automation and test and measurement.
The NI-9264 module provides 16 analog output channels, each equipped with an independent digital-to-analog converter (DAC), supporting synchronous updates at a maximum update rate of 25 kS/s/ channel. With an analog output voltage range of ±10 V and a resolution of 16 bits, the module can provide accurate analog signal output for a variety of high-precision control and simulation applications.
The module uses a spring terminal connection and uses a 36-hole connector to connect the output channels, and each channel has a corresponding ground connection to ensure signal stability and reliability. In addition, the NI-9264 module also has overvoltage protection and short circuit protection, which enhances the safety and durability of the module.
The introduction of the NI-9264 module further enrichis National Instruments’ product line in the analog output area, providing engineers and researchers with more options and flexibility to build and scale their test and measurement systems. The module’s high channel density design saves chassis space and leaves room for other measurement types, especially in applications where multi-channel outputs are required.
In addition, the NI-9264 module supports a variety of hardware platforms, including CompactDAQ and CompactRIO systems, enabling seamless integration with existing systems to provide powerful data acquisition and control capabilities. With the introduction of this new module, National Instruments once again demonstrates its leadership in high-performance analog signal processing technology.
