The integration of heterogeneous systems in manufacturing enterprises is mainly reflected in the following aspects.
(1) Integration problem between equipment control system and production and operation system Intelligent manufacturing scenarios, such as flexible customization, intelligent production, precise equipment maintenance, etc., all need good cooperation and collaboration between equipment information acquisition and control system and production and operation system. However, due to various historical and realistic reasons, the equipment control systems and production and operation systems of many enterprises in our country often come from different manufacturers, and most industries have not formed unified standards and technologies for the docking of equipment and system level, which leads to a poor integration between the two systems, and enterprises often need to spend greater efforts and investment in technology. In order to complete the effective integration between the automation level system and the production management level system.
(2) Problems of integration between different business-oriented production and operation systems In order to meet the needs of business management of various information systems (such as design, logistics, production, quality, finance and office, etc.), due to the differences in industry, professionalism and enterprise personalization, there are also problems of different manufacturers, different technical structures, different data standards and so on. Each production and operation system usually manages one section and operates separately, and the integration degree between the systems is not high, which leads to the common situation of the production operation is not smooth. To a certain extent, it affects the effect of the enterprise to eliminate waste and implement lean management actions, but also impedes the implementation effect of intelligent manufacturing scenarios such as intelligent production scheduling, production balance of the whole plant and supply chain coordination.
(3) Integration problem between operational-oriented information system and analytic-oriented data system Equipment control system and production and operation system belong to OLTP (online transaction processing) systems. Such systems have accumulated a large amount of data in the process of production and operation. How to give full play to the value of these data and realize data-driven enterprise development? It has become one of the important issues in the field of intelligent manufacturing. At present, many enterprises apply the data analysis and mining function of a single system, such as production Kanban, equipment usage analysis and so on. The data analysis function of these individual systems is often difficult to meet the overall data analysis needs of enterprises. In order to meet the requirements of intelligent data analysis, some enterprises independently establish OLAP (online analytical processing) systems, such as business intelligence analysis, big data analysis system, etc. Such systems need to obtain data from OLTP system through various technical means, and apply the results of intelligent analysis through OLTP system. The heterogeneous integration between these two systems also affects the actual effect of intelligent manufacturing transformation.
In the current enterprise system heterogeneity is widespread at all levels, and in a period of continuous development, through accelerating the development, application, promotion of technology and standards that can easily and quickly realize the integration of multi-source heterogeneous systems, can alleviate the current many enterprises, such as difficult transformation, high cost, long cycle and slow effect and other common problems. Accelerate the pace of enterprise transformation to intelligent manufacturing.
