The new generation of Siemens LMV62 combustion management system features a full Chinese interface and quick debugging function, making it easier to set up and debug clean combustion applications such as FGR/FIR. AZL66 man-machine interface two buttons one button and multi information post display, so that man-machine interaction more smooth. Moreover, the system can choose a variety of torque actuators (3/10/20/35Nm), configuration of up to 5 actuator combinations, with VSD conversion function, to meet different burner design requirements.
Siemens FIR combustion equipment controller makes combustion control more convenient and flexible. The LME2/3 combustion controller is suitable for the control and monitoring of medium and high power blast burners using oil or gas, electronic proportional regulation mode. The LMV2/3+AZL23 can simultaneously be configured with two 90°/900 step high-precision actuators for real-time control and verification of actuator position, realizing accurate electronic air-fuel ratio control. Siemens POL468 is a versatile programmable boiler controller that can be used in combination with Siemens LME and LMV series combustion controllers to ensure burner safety while giving full play to its flexibility according to different application requirements. The boiler controller comes with standard applications for hot water boilers, steam generators, and steam boilers for direct selection or personalized extension, and the group control cascading function can connect up to eight units simultaneously, as well as directly to the Siemens Climatix IC cloud service platform for plug and play.
Siemens universal pre-premix combustion controller LME7 is suitable for the control and monitoring of fuel or gas, segment or continuous proportional adjustment mode, medium and high power blast burners. It is based on dual safety processors, and meets the functional safety requirements of international standard IEC61508 for microprocessor based control systems used in boiler and combustion and other dangerous situations. LME7 can use PWM converter fan, built-in valve leak detection program, also can receive PID controller output 3-bit floating-point or analog signal. In addition, the LME7 is a modular combustion controller that combines standardization and flexibility by providing different program modules for different combustion control applications.
Siemens pre-mixed premixed combustion gas valve bank is based on Siemens unique zero pressure hydraulic actuator SKP25.3x and gas valve body combination. Unique pressure sensing design and electro-hydraulic actuator make it durable and reliable, high tolerance, strong anti-interference ability.
