Electrical automation related terms explain
1, three-phase AC: by the three frequencies of the same, equal potential amplitude, phase difference between 120° Angle of the AC circuit composed of power system, called three-phase AC.
2. Primary equipment: Equipment directly related to the production of electric energy and transmission and distribution is called primary equipment. Including all kinds of high voltage circuit breakers, isolating switches, busbars, power cables, voltage transformers, current transformers, reactors, arresters, arc suppression coil, shunt capacitors and high voltage fuses. 3. Secondary equipment: auxiliary equipment for monitoring, measurement, control and protection of primary equipment. Such as a variety of relays, signal devices, measuring instruments, wave recording devices and telemetry, remote communication devices and a variety of control cables, small bus, etc.
4, high voltage circuit breaker: also known as high voltage switch, it can not only cut off or close the no-load current and load current in the high voltage circuit, but also when the system fails, through the role of relay protection device, cut off the overload current and short circuit current. It has quite perfect arc extinguishing structure and sufficient cut-off capacity.
5. Load switch: the structure of the load switch is similar to the secret isolation switch, but it is equipped with a simple arc extinguishing device. It also has an obvious break point, has a certain cut-off capacity, can be operated with load, but can not directly disconnect the short circuit current, if necessary, to rely on the high-voltage fuse connected with it to achieve.
6, air circuit breaker (automatic switch) : manual (or electric) closing, with the lock to maintain the closing position, by tripping mechanism acting on the trip and with arc extinguishing device of the low-voltage switch, is widely used in the AC, DC device below 500V, when the circuit overload, short circuit, voltage reduction or disappearance, can automatically cut off the circuit.
7, cable: by core wire (conductive part), external insulation layer and protective layer of three parts of the wire called cable.
8. Bus bar: The electrical bus is the path device that collects and distributes electric energy. It determines the number of devices in the distribution device, and indicates how to connect generators, transformers and lines, and how to connect with the system to complete the transmission and distribution task.
9, current transformer: also known as the instrument converter, is a kind of large current into small current instrument.
10, transformer: a static electrical equipment, is used to change a value of AC voltage into the same frequency of another or several values of different AC voltage equipment.
11, high voltage test pen: used to check the high voltage network transformer and distribution equipment, overhead lines, cables are live tools.
12. Ground wire: It is an important tool to ensure the staff when there is unexpected voltage on the equipment and line that has been outage. According to the regulations of the Ministry, the ground wire must be made of 25mm 2 or more bare copper flexible wire.
13. Signs: signs used to warn people not to approach equipment and live parts, to indicate the work place for staff, to remind people to take safety measures, and to prohibit the small amount of a equipment or a section of the line to be switched on and off. It can be divided into warning class, allow class, prompt class, prohibit class, etc. 14, block: in order to prevent staff unintentionally encounter live equipment part and install equipment screen protection, divided into temporary block and permanent block two.
15, insulation rod: also known as Ringer rod, insulation rod, operating rod, etc. The insulation rod is composed of three parts: working head, insulation rod and handle. It is used for closing or opening high voltage isolation switches, assembling and disassembling portable ground wires, and conducting measurements and tests.
16, step voltage: if there is a potential difference between two points on the ground horizontal distance of 0.8m, when the human body two feet contact the two points, the human body will bear the voltage, the voltage is called step voltage. The maximum step voltage occurs between the ground level distance of 0.8m and the ground body.
17, phase sequence: is the sequence of phase, is the instantaneous value of alternating current from negative to positive changes through the sequence of zero value.
18, power network: power network is a part of the power system, it is composed of all kinds of substations (by) and a variety of different voltage levels of transmission, distribution lines connected to the network.
