Management and control integration is to establish a fully integrated, open and whole-plant integrated automation information platform, which closely links enterprise horizontal communication (communication between different nodes in the same layer) and vertical communication (communication between upper and lower layers). Through comprehensive processing of business decision-making, management, planning, scheduling, process optimization, fault diagnosis, field control and other information, To form a broader sense of integrated management system.
2.2 Fieldbus paves the way for management-physicalization
Enterprise information network is the basic condition for managing and controlling information integration. Without information network, it is impossible to realize horizontal and vertical communication and collection of enterprise information. The goal of network construction is to realize information resource sharing within the whole enterprise and information communication with the outside world.
Water industry and general enterprise network can be roughly divided into three layers, namely enterprise management layer, process monitoring layer and field control layer.
The field control layer in the integrated management and control solution is composed of fieldbus equipment and control network segment, which disperses the functions of the traditional distributed system control station (such as the PLC branch station of the water treatment enterprise) to the fieldbus equipment. At this time, the control station is actually a virtual control station. The underlying network formed by fieldbus technology and products gives full play to the characteristics of communication ability of measurement and control equipment, and provides convenience for the connection between control network and general data network. Enterprise information network is the foundation of management and control integration, and fieldbus paves the way for the construction of management and control integration network. The process monitoring layer is composed of the local area network (LAN) segment and the workstations or controllers that are connected to the LAN segment for monitoring tasks. The fieldbus network is connected to the process monitoring layer through the fieldbus interface, or the monitoring layer is directly performed by the fieldbus. The monitoring station can complete the configuration of the control system, implement the monitoring, alarm, maintenance and man-machine interaction of the control system. The enterprise management layer consists of various servers and clients, which are used to integrate various information of the enterprise, realize the connection with the Internet, and complete various functions of management, decision and business application.
