2. Development status of automatic instrument and automatic control technology
2.1 Technological development status of domestic industrial automation industry
Along with the development of economy and the support of national policy, our automation instrument industry has become complete category, distribution is reasonable, and has more advanced technology base new modern industrial system. With the development of automation industry technology, some domestic famous brands have been gradually produced in our country, such as Zhejiang Zhonghong, Central Tianyi and Chuan Yi, which have improved the international influence of automation instrument in our country, established a good international image, and improved the global market position of domestic brands and enhanced their international competitiveness.
There is still a big gap between the automation instrumentation and automation control technology and the international level in our country. Especially, there is an obvious gap between the precision of products, the degree of intelligence and automation, and the international level. Its technical level is roughly 5-10 years or so, only a few products’ industrial technologies have reached the international level. In the aspect of sensor detection instrument, the precision of new products such as optical fiber sensor, silicon sensor and composite sensor has been improved by one grade, the pressure transmitter has been increased from 0.3 to 0.1, the liquid (gas) body flow detection precision has been increased from 0.6 to 0.2, in the digital and sensor technology combined instrument products are increasingly perfect, Its high precision testing and control ability is among the international advanced level, and it will greatly promote the development of industrial automation technology and enhance the international competitiveness of automation instrument products.
Although the development of information technology brings great convenience to industrial automation, there are still some shortcomings in automatic instrumentation and automatic control technology in our country, which are mainly reflected in the four aspects:
(1) Interactive operation problem of automation instrumentation, the current lack of combination of automation instrumentation and automation control technology is reflected in interactive operation, it is difficult to achieve seamless link, affect its actual interaction experience and production efficiency, the technology is still to be improved;
(2) The information security problem of automation technology, there are still big problems in the information security problem of automation technology in our country, which will cause the precision of production technology and the degree of automation to reduce, make it appear large error affect the quality of products, is not conducive to the development of automation industry;
(3) The lack of stability between programs and software systems, automation control technology needs to adjust the production problems by preset programs. However, the current program and software systems in our country are lack of coordination and stability, and there are still some loopholes in urgent need to be solved, otherwise it is easy to lead to the failure of automation instrumentation, affecting the production of enterprises.
(4) The reliability of automatic instrument fault detection system is low. The current domestic automatic instrument fault detection system is prone to false positives, difficult to detect small faults, low efficiency of diagnosis and detection, so that its reliability can not be guaranteed, easy to lead to not timely maintenance, affect the production of enterprises, and is not conducive to the development of automatic instrument industry.
