In January 2020, Baoshan Base of China Baowu Group was selected as the “Lighthouse Factory” of the World Economic Forum, which is the third steel manufacturing enterprise in the world and the first one in China to be selected as the “Lighthouse Factory” of the World Economic Forum after PoSCO and Tata. It has done a lot of practical work in promoting business digital transformation with intelligent manufacturing as the core. Deploy real-time on-line continuous sensing monitoring device, increase detection points of manufacturing process, and realize on-line detection and monitoring of metallurgical process; The quality management changed from random inspection to total inspection, from final result inspection to production process inspection, from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis, from subsection inspection to implementation inspection, and PX1-6255 post-analysis to pre-warning. With the help of intelligent detection, robots and advanced control technologies, unmanned production operations are realized through intelligent equipment, and black light workshops, unmanned reservoir areas, automatic loading and unloading docks are built to improve operational efficiency. Based on big data comprehensive analysis of key equipment status, process, production, quality, spare parts and other data, the comprehensive monitoring and diagnosis ability of equipment status from a single equipment to production line group is formed to reduce equipment failure losses; Based on big data, it integrates procurement, production, quality, research and development, sales and other information to form a multi-base, whole-process collaborative operation decision support system.
3.1 Intelligent manufacturing promotes the digital transformation path of enterprises
With the continuous strengthening of information technology, manufacturing technology, and the depth of their integration, intelligent manufacturing presents different development levels and stages. Enterprises should adhere to the principles of “problem-oriented”, “value-driven” and “cost-effectiveness” to promote digital transformation by intelligent manufacturing, and target at different levels of manufacturing entities such as manufacturing equipment/unit, workshop/factory, supply chain/industrial chain. Centering on the whole manufacturing life cycle business processes such as design, production, management and service, the digital transformation needs are sorted out, the problems are clearly positioned, the overall goals are set, the planning and design are carried out, and the project is implemented step by step. The overall goal of digital transformation should be set according to the actual situation and demand of the industry, such as the characteristics of the enterprise, the size of the enterprise and the expected investment. Comprehensive consideration of capital investment, technical personnel, partners, integrators and other factors, to develop a detailed implementation plan.
3.2 Intelligent manufacturing promotes digital transformation mode of enterprises
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the Guidance for Reference of Typical Scenarios of Intelligent Manufacturing (2021) in selecting the pilot and demonstration enterprises of Intelligent Manufacturing in 2021. It summarizes 52 typical scenarios of intelligent manufacturing in 15 links, including plant design, product research and development, process design, planning and scheduling, production, warehousing and distribution, quality control, equipment management, safety control, energy management, environmental protection control, marketing management, after-sales service, supply chain management, mode innovation, etc., for enterprises to take intelligent manufacturing as the main direction. Promoting the digital transformation of various businesses provides a reference. This paper analyzes the digital transformation of product research and development, process design, production operation, after-sales service and supply chain management of discrete manufacturing as follows:
