The robot vision program of hardware and software integration created by the laboratory has cooperated with Gaocuang Motion Control Co., LTD., a subsidiary of Midea Industrial Technology, to develop an industry-leading 0.1mm@1m high-precision 3D structural light industrial camera with high precision, strong anti-interference, extreme design and high intelligence.
The 3D camera pioneered the simulation and imaging loop optimization algorithm to adapt to various scenes; It has the industry’s only data generation technology to accurately and quickly generate massive labeled data, breaking the privacy barrier of industrial visual data, and reducing the landing time of AI by 95%; The first workpiece-centered processing technology fast configuration scheme, to meet the flexible production of workpiece processing and rapid processing without teaching; With independent intellectual property rights of 2D/3D vision core algorithm and high-speed robot vision servo and other core technologies, to achieve industry-leading 0.5mm/0.5° precision and 200hz high-speed vision servo. At present, the 3D camera has completed the loading and unloading of the workpiece, workpiece welding, precision assembly and logistics sorting and other robot visual application scenes mass landing, such as with the Kuka robot, to realize the assembly of the core parts of Midea intelligent home appliance automation production line.
