On May 27, “Research and Application of Key Technologies of High Power density Permanent magnet Motor and Compressor”, “Research and Application of Key Technologies of High Energy Efficiency R290 Rotor Compressor”, “Research and Application of Key Technologies of Green high-quality Thin permanent magnet Motor” and “Research and Application of Key Technologies of quasi-two-stage reciprocating Compressor and Refrigeration System”, led by Midea Industrial Technology, Four project technology won the “international leading” appraisal.
The appraisal was conducted by China Light Industry Federation. Academician Wang Jun and the appraisal committee composed of experts and professors from China Household Electrical Appliances Research Institute, China Household Electrical Appliances Association, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Beijing Jiao Tong University and North China University of Technology passed the online and offline reporting, expert inquiry and expert review of each project. Four key technologies have reached the international leading level.

In recent years, the compressor industry is affected by the international environment, and the supply side of raw materials continues to tighten. “We carried out in-depth research and innovation from the three aspects of full split stator, magnetic axis phase shift and compressor low turbulence balance block, greatly improving the power density and energy efficiency of the whole machine, while having the advantages of efficient manufacturing and high reliability.”
The project technology can not only be applied to the high efficiency frequency conversion compressor of air conditioning, but also to the compressor of frequency conversion heat pump water heater, the compressor of frequency conversion dehumidifier, the compressor of frequency conversion clothes dryer and other compressors, which can be expanded from household appliances to mobile air conditioning, automobile air conditioning, cold chain refrigeration equipment and other fields.
