Pressure relay adjustment method:
(1) Adjustment of low pressure. Adjust the low-pressure adjustment screw T according to the pressure value corresponding to the required evaporation temperature:
When a higher evaporation temperature is required, use a screwdriver to rotate the low-pressure adjustment screw T counterclockwise;
If a lower evaporation temperature is required, the adjustment screw T can be turned clockwise.
(2) Adjustment of high pressure. In order to ensure the safety of the operation of the refrigeration device,
the pressure relay is mainly used in most chillers with water-cooled condenser, and its role is to prevent the cooling water from being interrupted,
or the condensation pressure caused by the insufficient flow of cooling water suddenly and rapidly rise, resulting in serious accidents.
The high pressure value is generally adjusted at 1Q ~ 11 kg/cm z table R-turns, 31 (with freon 12 refrigerant).
Use a screwdriver to turn the high pressure adjusting screw M clockwise to increase the pressure and counterclockwise to decrease the pressure.

Pressure relay use precautions
(1) According to the specific use and system pressure, choose the appropriate structure of the pressure relay,
in order to ensure that the pressure relay is sensitive, avoid the use of high-pressure pressure relays in low-pressure systems.
(2) The pressure relay should be installed correctly according to the requirements of the manufacturer.
(3) Wiring the microswitch in the pressure relay according to the required power supply form and specific requirements.
(4) After the pressure relay is adjusted, its position should be locked or fixed. To avoid changes after vibration.
(5) The drain chamber of the pressure relay should be directly connected back to the tank,
otherwise the back pressure of the drain port will be too high, affecting its sensitivity.
