On the basis of active and passive technology applications such as roof insulation, replacement and upgrading of exterior Windows and curtain walls, and transformation of air conditioning into heat pump type multi-connection and independent fresh air system, Shekou Building builds an intelligent energy management system integrating energy optimization, energy consumption analysis, carbon emission management and power monitoring through the application of roof PV and building PV integration technology. Achieve full use of green energy and reduce carbon emissions.
“Light storage direct and soft” technology is a new building distribution technology that further realizes electric energy substitution and grid-friendly interaction on the basis of improving building energy efficiency, and is an important technical path to support carbon neutrality in the building field [1]. ABB has innovatively applied DC power distribution technology and DC system energy tuning technology on the Shekou Building demonstration floor. ABB eStorage Smart Energy Storage House solutions adopt an integrated and highly integrated concept, providing an integrated solution from the end battery to the junction point.
Through ABB ZEE600 intelligent energy management system, based on the intelligent algorithm of self-iterative photovoltaic power generation prediction and load prediction, energy tuning, flexible and accurate adjustment of energy storage, charging pile, air conditioning, lighting and other loads, in order to absorb and release electrical energy in the form of “breathing”, gently optimize the energy consumption curve. It is estimated that the annual photovoltaic power generation of the project will be 314,800 KWH, the carbon emission will be reduced by about 142 tons a year, the comprehensive energy saving rate will reach 75.08%, the energy saving rate of the building body will reach 30.16%, and the utilization rate of renewable energy will reach 47% [2]. Through energy optimization, the local consumption rate of new energy is more than 90%, and the cost of electricity purchase is expected to be saved by 50%[3]. Dc energy control technology has been applied to improve the energy utilization rate by about 5%[4].
