On June 30, to undertake the established plan of “Collaborative Alliance activities”, Dazu Robot East China Application intelligent Manufacturing Center ushered in the first formal skills training activity, the activity lasted for one day, mainly focusing on the basic application knowledge of collaborative robots, relying on practical application, through the combination of theoretical explanation and practical operation exchange. Further deepen the students’ understanding of collaborative robots.
The event attracted partners and end users from Shanghai, Nanjing, Changzhou and other surrounding cities to participate, involving AGV, end-actuator manufacturers, etc.
The training from shallow and deep, roughly divided into three links. Mr. Yu Xiaohua, head of Dazu Robot channel and ecological cooperation, comprehensively explained the product system, industry application scenarios and direction of Dazu robot in the field of collaborative robots. For a long time, with the mission of “serving the people with robot technology”, Dazu robot can cover more than 40 industry application scenarios and more than 60 process application scenarios, and adhere to the independent innovation of core key technologies and strong self-research ability.
Secondly, starting with the most basic application knowledge, Jiang Tian, a technician from the East China subsidiary, explained the software operation specifications, graphical programming skills, introduction and docking of end tools of the collaborative robot, and focused on the common failures and solutions of the collaborative robot. Students can operate while listening to the lecture, which greatly improves the training efficiency.
After the systematic training, the East China subsidiary of Dazu Robot issued the basic skills training certificate of Dazu cooperative machine robot to the participants, and the activity ended successfully in a happy atmosphere.
The East China Application Intelligent Manufacturing Center of Dazu Robot includes four sections: the collaborative robot application exhibition area, the collaborative robot dynamic Exhibition area, the ecological partner exhibition area, the keynote speech and the product training area, and is committed to creating a four-in-one industrial link hub that includes collaborative robot products, applications, industrial chain partners, government and media resources. In the future, according to the planning of “Collaborative Alliance Activities”, a series of training activities with collaborative robots as the core will continue to be carried out here, and we look forward to your continued attention.
