On June 29, Beckhoff Automation Update | XTS and XPlanar roadshow was successfully held at Hyatt Regency Suzhou. With the theme of “Innovative Manufacturing, Driving the Future”, the event highlighted two innovative motion control solutions from Beckhoff Magnetic Drive Flexible Conveying System (XTS) and Planar Magnetic suspension Conveying System (XPlanar). The event attracted nearly 150 customer representatives and partners from Suzhou and the surrounding areas to participate and was a complete success.

In particular, Uwe Prußmeier, senior product manager from Beckhoff Headquarters, was invited to discuss the innovative advantages and future prospects of XTS and XPlanar in various application scenarios, and to highlight the economic module improvements of XTS products and relevant information about NCT products. CAI Minke, Product Manager for Motion at Beckhoff China, and Kong Huizeng, System Application Engineer, introduced the features and advantages of XTS and XPlanar from different perspectives, and used application cases to explain in detail how the revolutionary flexible conveying system can achieve high dynamic, high precision and flexible motion control. Dr. Hua Changsheng, Manager of Data Science and Engineering at Beckhoff China, introduced Beckhoff’s AI solutions for performance optimization in high-tempo (up to millisecond level) applications, such as optimal path planning in the XTS system and precise positioning of actuators in the XPlanar system. These fully demonstrate the advantages of Beckhoff real-time artificial intelligence solutions in industrial applications. In addition, Zhang Baoliang, key Account Manager of Hepco, introduced to the audience the more possibilities that the circular rail circulation system brings to the XTS system.
