TE’s new generation of BPSC Hybrid blind connectors have rated power terminals up to 70A per unit and rated voltages up to 1000V to meet a wide range of application requirements. TE designed the product with ease of installation and use in mind, balancing and allowing a tolerance margin (2.5mm) in the blind insertion system through advance orientation and floating design to accommodate mechanical fabrication tolerances during stacking. The product also uses high-conductivity material power pins, with excellent temperature rise control performance, long-term temperature rise stability <30°, and the signal needle surface gold-plated, diameter ≥1.0mm, to provide excellent and reliable signal transmission.
At present, the new generation of BPSC Hybrid blind plug connector products have been successfully applied to domestic and foreign terminal equipment, helping the industry to create a safe and reliable household energy storage system equipment.
